Spirituality doesn’t mean you have to sit in a candle lit room burning incense, or wear orange robes and shave your head…of course you can go ahead with it, if it is what makes you tick. We want to talk about the connection between yourself and all around you.You don’t have to be religious to be spiritual. It is a way of finding yourself and claiming your place.Wish big and keep positive, as this will attract good stuff the more you indulge in negative thoughts the more you attract shit.Let go of frustrations don’t carry them around with you express them and then move on.Connect with the stars, the moon, the sun, the wind, the trees , the animals, the earth as they all carry some beautiful energy just like yourself .Take a minute each night to reflect and listen to your breathing and just be aware of what is going on inside you. It is so much better to go to sleep with a smile on your face and thinking of something beautiful instead of with tears and stones in your stomach.
